FAQs

General Services

What types of organising services do you offer?
I provide holistic decluttering and organising for homes and offices, including room-by-room systems, wardrobe, paperwork, and home-staging support. My services combine practical organising with mindful coaching.

Do you work mostly in‑home or also offer virtual sessions?
I offer both in-home sessions across Oxfordshire and virtual sessions.

Can I request help with moving (packing/unpacking)?
I can support move-related needs by helping pack, unpack, and set up systems in your new home.

Do you streamline offices and paperwork systems?
Yes — I offer two filing options. A traditional method where I’ll sort and organise your paperwork into an easy-to-use physical filing system, or, my Box File Method, a streamlined alternative (without categorising or labelling) designed for those wanting a simpler approach. Let me know which works best for you — I’ll tailor the setup for long-term efficiency.

Do you manage wardrobe and wardrobe editing?
Yes — I work with clients to curate and organise wardrobes that suit their personal style, space, and lifestyle. Whether you prefer a streamlined capsule collection or a more extensive wardrobe, I help you edit your clothing with intention, optimise storage, and create systems that make getting dressed easier. I also offer digital cataloguing services, so you can access and manage your wardrobe effortlessly through user-friendly apps.

Will you coordinate donation or charity drop‑offs?
Yes — I can take away a car boot load of items for donation, making the process seamless for you. I can also co-ordinate charity pick ups through free local collection services.

Booking & Scheduling

How do I book a session?
To book a session, simply click the consultation booking button at the bottom of this page. If you’re an OX26 resident and would prefer an in‑home consultation, just let me know. You can also secure your session via the Services page

Is there a minimum session length?
While in‑person sessions are flexible, I generally recommend a minimum of three hours for meaningful progress. If you prefer something shorter—whether to ease in or avoid fatigue—I also offer two‑hour ‘taster’ sessions

Pricing & Payment

How much do your services cost?
My fees vary depending on session length and whether it’s virtual or in-person. The session price includes extras like donation removal, storage labels, and a 15‑minute aftercare check‑in call.

Is a deposit required?
Payments are made in full at the time of booking. You’re eligible for a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled time and don’t wish to reschedule.

What payment methods do you accept?
All session payments are processed securely through Stripe using your credit or debit card at the time of booking.

Process & Preparation

Do I need to prepare my space before you arrive?
No—please don’t tidy up beforehand. I need to see how you live naturally so that I can tailor my support to your real habits and needs. Noticing where things tend to land—like mail dropped on your dining room table or clothes left on your bedroom floor—helps me design systems that work with your daily routine. By observing your space as it functions normally, I can create a setup that’s truly sustainable and supportive.

Will you judge me or my space?
Absolutely not—I get genuinely excited about helping clients, and I’m here to support, not critique. My aim is to create a welcoming, non-judgmental environment where we collaborate to reach your organising goals.

Will you make me get rid of my stuff?
Not at all. I’m here to support you in making decisions that feel right for you. You’ll always have the final say on what stays and what goes. My role is to guide you through the process with care and respect, ensuring your space reflects your choices.

Can you help me find storage solutions or organising products?
Absolutely—I can recommend a full range of durable, practical, and aesthetically fitting products for your space. From hangers to storage containers, drawer dividers, shelf organisers, and wardrobe racks, I’ve sourced high-quality options built to last—whether it’s sleek velvet hangers for space-saving elegance, sturdy wooden ones for heavier items, clear bins for visibility, or chic canvas baskets for a stylish finishing touch. My aim is to choose pieces that complement your décor while enhancing the systems we establish.
